In summer 2008 NGO Arte Unite moved its headquarters to our house and we, the inhabitants, became its members.

www.arteunite.free.ngo.pl is the official website of the organization and that’s where you could find its status, information about its projects etc. Here we’ll try to point out what is the relationship between the Dziadowice project and Arte Unite.

First and crucial action currently in process concerning our relationship is dedication of a hectare of our land to the organization. By that we’ll create a unique space for a group of people belonging to the organization to participate in any given activities under rules very different to those arising on a private land – owned by an individual or a small group.

Our ambitious plan closely connected to the common hectare of the land is a construction of straw bale house serving in future as an ideal venue for various pro-ecological activities as camps, workshops and seminars.

We particularly want to focus on small to medium sized events involving local youngsters of various ages coming various neighborhoods. We, simply speaking, intend to spin revolving a wheel of events and activities associated with ecological education as well as salvation of disappearing artesian heritage and customs. Further, we wish to participate in programs called by smaller or larger local authorities.

Specific goals:
Development of lifestyles in harmony with nature without posing a risk to the environment in any way.
Protection of wildlife habitat including fauna and flora.
Prevention of degradation of the environment.
Stimulation of the society in favor of ecological means of living.
Prevention on the field of excessive wasting of natural resources including waste management itself.
Educational activities in the field of environmental protection.
Supporting any activities helping in self-development of individuals regardless their age, physical or psychological condition, background or social status.
Support to any activities concerning protection of animal rights.
